We'd be happy to help you put together a special Treat for your pal. Just add the 'Custom Treat' to your cart, fill out the survey and we'll be in touch!

This is the best idea ever and I want my entire office to have a treat. What's the maximum I can order?
We're thrilled that you want to share our Treats with the world and will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email allie@shoptreated.com and include the number/types of Treats as well as the timeline you're facing and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Is this a subscription?
It is not. Treated is a gift-based service and can be ordered on a case-by-case basis.

I make neat stuff. Can we work together?

How long will it take for my treat to ship?
Currently, Treats ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, weekly.

How much is shipping?
$11 per Treat, domestic

I've changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not offering refunds or returns. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchasing. Please email: allie@shoptreated.com with your order number and reason for canceling.
